Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Chatswood Central Shopping Centre Pty Ltd (ABN: 54 159 638 426) of 2–16 Magellan Road, Springwood QLD 4127 (Promoter).
Promotion Period
The promotion will run from Wednesday 1 July 2026 – Friday 3 July 2026 during promotional hours, or until all promotional stock has been exhausted, whichever occurs first.
Eligibility
Participation in the promotion is open to customers of Chatswood Central.
The activity is recommended for children aged 3 years and over.
Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied and actively supervised by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult aged 18 years or over at all times while participating.
To be eligible, participants must:
SPEND $10 or more in a single transaction at any participating Chatswood Central retailer;
COLLECT the original receipt from the qualifying purchase; and
PRESENT the receipt to promotional staff at the designated promotion location within Chatswood Central.
Employees, contractors, and tenants of the Promoter and their immediate family members may participate but must comply with all terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to deem any participant ineligible where these conditions are not met.
Activity Inclusions
Each eligible participant may select and customise one (1) of the following pieces:

Pencil Case
Participants may decorate their chosen piece using charms supplied as part of the activity.
Participants may select up to six (6) charms to decorate their chosen piece.
Charm pieces, charms, colours, styles, and available designs may vary and are subject to availability.
This activity may contain small parts and materials that present a choking hazard and are not suitable for children under 3 years.
Participation in the activity is voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk.
Entry Mechanics & Redemption Requirements
To participate, customers must spend $10 or more in a single transaction at any Chatswood Central retailer and present their original same-day receipt to activation staff at the designated promotional area within the centre.
Upon verification of the receipt, participants will be issued with one (1) charm piece they may decorate with up to six (6) charms.
Receipts must be original, unaltered, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or redeemed more than once.
Split transactions are not permitted.
A limit of one (1) charm piece applies per qualifying transaction, with a maximum of three (3) charm pieces per family per day.
The Promoter reserves the right to request identification to verify eligibility and to refuse redemption where fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.
Activity Availability
A total of 150 charm pieces will be available each day, subject to stock availability.
Charm pieces, charms, equipment, and activity materials are available strictly while stocks last.
The Promoter does not guarantee the availability of any particular charm piece, colour, charm design, style, or quantity.
No holds, exchanges, or pre-reservations will be permitted.
Once available stock has been exhausted, no further charm pieces will be distributed, and the promotion will cease for that day.
General Conditions
This promotion is delivered by Larf Productions (ABN 92 139 855 600) on behalf of the Promoter.
Chatswood Central is located at 2–16 Magellan Road, Springwood QLD 4127.
By participating in the promotion, participants consent to being photographed or filmed during the event. The Promoter may use such content for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation, unless otherwise advised at the time of the event.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify receipts, purchases, and participant eligibility at any time and to refuse redemption, disqualify, or remove any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate conduct.
All decisions made by the Promoter regarding eligibility, redemption, participation, and conduct are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its contractors exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion, including but not limited to participation in the promotion or use of the contents, except for any liability which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or unused items once they have been distributed.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, technical issues, supply shortages, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Privacy
Personal information may be collected as part of participating in this workshop for purposes including attendance tracking, safety, administration, and workshop management.
Where personal information is provided, it must be accurate and complete.
Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and will only be used for purposes related to the administration and delivery of the workshop, including contacting participants where required.
The Promoter may disclose personal information to third-party contractors or service providers (such as event suppliers) where necessary for the administration and delivery of the workshop. Personal information will not be shared with unrelated third parties unless required or authorised by law.
Personal information will not be used for marketing purposes without the participant's prior consent (or, where applicable, the consent of a parent or legal guardian).
The Promoter may collect and use non-identifiable, aggregated data for internal reporting, analysis, and evaluation purposes.
By participating in the workshop, participants (or their parent or guardian) consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
