CENTRE UPDATE –TRAVELATOR OUT OF ORDER

To our Chatswood Central community,


One of our travelators, travelling from the Centre down to the basement car park, is temporarily out of service while we complete a major component repair.


Please note that trolley access to and from the basement car park is currently unavailable. If you need to use a trolley during your shop, we kindly ask that you park in the upper-level car park for the most convenient access.


If you’re travelling:

  • From the basement car park to the Centre: You can use the upward travelator or car park stairs located in the middle of the basement car park.

  • From the Centre to the basement car park: You can use the car park stairs located in the middle of the basement car park.


Access via the lift located next to Sushi Ariake is also undergoing maintenance and currently unavailable.


We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while these repairs are being carried out.


We'll keep you updated and let you know as soon as the travelator is back in service.
