CAMPAIGN: Easter Giveaways

Chatswood Central Easter Giveaways (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions of Entry (“Terms”).

Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms. All entry instructions and Prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms & Conditions. This Promotion is held at Chatswood Central of 2-16 Magellan Road, Springwood, Brisbane, QLD 4127, Australia.

The Promotion commences on Monday, 3rd April 2023 at 10am and concludes on Thursday, 6th April at 4pm (unless extended at the sole option of the Manager) (Promotion Period). Entry in the Promotion is only open to people located in the state of Queensland (Entrants).

Entry in the Promotion is subject to:

a. the Entrant making a purchase of $60.00 or more at Woolworths Chatswood Hills or $30.00 or more at a Chatswood Central specialty store during the Promotion Period (Purchase); and

b. Being one of the first 50 people to visit the booth located outside Woolworths at Chatswood Central and present the receipt/s for the Purchase to receive one (1) $20 gift card.

Participation in the ‘Easter Giveaways’ promotion may occur during the operating hours of 10am – 12pm on Monday 3rd and Tuesday 4th April and 2pm – 4pm on Wednesday 5th April and Thursday 6th April, the Promotion Period.

Conditions of Entry 9. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over to participate in the Promotion. Where an Entrant is under 18 years of age, or has a disability, and participates in the Promotion their legal guardian takes full responsibility for that Entrant and all risk and liability associated with that Entrant’s involvement in the Promotion and for the Entrant’s compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

If for any reason a winner of one or more Promotion prizes, does not redeem the prize or any element of the prize within the timeframe stipulated on the gift card or gift voucher then that prize or that element of that prize may be forfeited in the Promoter’s discretion.

Entrants may enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period a maximum of once (1) per day, per person provided that for each entry in the Promotion the Entrant provides a legible, complete, receipt for a Purchase during the Promotion Period and complies with these Terms and Conditions.

Receipts from partial lay-bys, bill payments such as the payment of credit card bills, bank transactions, bank fees and charges and service bills (such as gas, electricity, rates and phone bills), alcohol, tobacco, TAB and Lotto, or which are otherwise indecipherable or incomplete will not be accepted as receipts for the purpose of entry into the Promotion.

Receipts cannot be added together to total the required spend of $60.00 at Woolworths, Chatswood Central, however, receipts may be added together to total the required spend of $30.00 at a Chatswood Central specialty store for entry into the Promotion.

To be valid:

a. each receipt for a Purchase must be dated and timestamped within the Promotional Period; and

b. each receipt for a Purchase must be from Woolworths Chatswood Hills, or a valid Chatswood Central specialty store.
