Chatswood Central Sock Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period: This promotion is valid from Friday 5^th September to Saturday 6^th September, or while stocks last. Socks will be available daily from 10:00am to 1:00pm or until daily allocation is exhausted.

Sock Collection: 

• Customers will receive 1 pair of free socks for every $10 spent in a single transaction at any Chatswood Central retailer.

• A maximum of 2 pairs per person, per day applies, regardless of total spend. 

• A total of 150 pairs of socks are available per day, while stocks last. Daily limits reset each morning.

• Receipts must be dated the same day as the redemption and presented at the designated collection point.

• Original receipts only will be accepted (digital or printed).

• Socks are boxed and branded with a promotional sticker.

• Socks are non-refundable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash or other items.

• Bill payments, Go Card top-ups, ATM withdrawals and other non-retail transactions are not eligible.

• Gift card purchases, Tobacco or Lotto do not count toward the $10 spend unless the minimum spend is met on other eligible items in the same transaction.

Guessing Jar Competition:

• Open to all participants who spend $10 or more in a single transaction at a Chatswood Central retailer and present a valid receipt.

• One guess per person, per day.

• Participants must submit their guess at the designated entry point on the same day as their purchase.

• One winner will be selected each day, based on the closest (or exact) guess to the number of items in the jar.

• In the event of multiple correct guesses, the winner will be randomly selected from those entries.

• The daily winner will receive a full sock collection (20 pairs).

• Winners must provide a valid email address and present photo ID upon collection.

• All winners must be 18 years or older, or have parent/guardian consent to enter.

• Winners must be local residents and able to collect their prize in person from Chatswood Central.

• Prizes must be collected within 7 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes may be reallocated.

General Terms

• Promotion is open to the general public, excluding employees and immediate families of Chatswood Central retailers and management.

• Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of prize notification and collection, and will not be shared or used for marketing purposes.

• Chatswood Central reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
